We are only able to offer refunds or returns on pieces that are found to be faulty. We may sometimes be able to offer exchanges so please drop us an email to find out more. You must return the item in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. In accordance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that postal costs for returned items are the customers’s responsibility. Returned items must reach us safely and in good condition so we recommend using a tracked postal service.
With all jewellery, wear and tear will occur over time depending on how the piece is worn and stored. We encourage you to take care when wearing it daily and be careful not to damage or scratch your jewellery. Always take it off and store it safely while you do any rough or heavy work – lifting, gardening etc.
All pieces are handmade using 925 Sterling Silver.
We plate our gold pieces using 22 carat yellow unless specified. Gold plated jewellery will wear over time, however you can ensure that it lasts as long as possible taking extra care when wearing, storing and cleaning.
We recommend it’s best to remove your jewellery when you shower, spray perfume, apply lotion or exercise as this can encourage the metal to become dulled and tarnished from the contact with chemicals.
All of our jewellery comes to you packaged in its own beautiful box. When you’re not wearing your jewellery we recommend that you store it in its original box. Keeping your jewellery in separate boxes can help to prevent it from becoming scratched or tarnished.
If you would like to have your jewellery re-plated we can arrange this for you for a small fee. Please get in touch to discuss further.
Over time metal will dull. It can be easily and quickly cleaned, restoring it to its original finish. To clean your jewellery add a few drops of washing up liquid to some warm water and clean gently with a soft toothbrush. Dry your pieces carefully with a soft towel.
Gold plating does wear off over time, however you can ensure that it lasts as long as possible by being careful when wearing, storing and cleaning your gold plate pieces and always removing your jewellery when spraying perfume, applying lotion, showering, swimming or exercising. Gold plate pieces can be cleaned using warm water. However please ensure you take care doing this as it can slowly wear down the layer of gold over time.
Please be aware that we are happy to send out ring sizers, so your ring will be the perfect fit. We highly recommend that you do this as we charge £10 to resize rings.
